Text Books

The aim of the scheme is to provide free of cost text books to all the girls and scheduled caste boys of BPL families studying at Primary and Upper primary school. So, as to relieve the parents/guardians of these students from the financial burden which they cannot afford due to poverty.

The textbook becomes a personal study guide that captures students' thinking and understanding. It provides a resource for students to use for review and for teachers to monitor the knowledge and skills students have learned.

Department of education provides books before the commencement of session to avoid the loss of studies.
